HAPPY EASTER!

We got home from camping on Saturday night and finally colored our easter eggs! We have church at 9am, and this family does not like to wake up early. So, we checked out the easter baskets and got ready for church. While we were at church the easter bunny came and hid the eggs.:) So, when we got home the hunt was on. We then went over to Grandma and Grandpa's house for Easter dinner. It was fabulous!! The big kids went in the backyard and hid eggs & candy for the younger kids to find. I think Josh came out the winner on that! We had a wonderful Easter.

Spring Break!!

For spring break we headed for the sand dunes. We went with Cal & Lori and Greg & Jill. My kids could not have been more excited!

It was the first time out camping this year and it was crazy!! I have to load the trailer with everything and I always forget something. This time I grabbed sirloin steaks out of the freezer for dinner, and when Mike went to cook them, one package was sirloin steak and the other was sirloin roast. OOOPS. Guess the kids will have hot dogs.

Mike and Josh spent the week fixing 4-wheelers and getting new batteries and checking the lights on the trailers. Unloading the 4-wheelers from the enclosed trailer and putting them on the utility trailer and tieing them all down. Mike started to complain that he is too old for this and it isn't fun anymore. Wait a minute.... he's been saying that since I've known him. :)

Leave it to Josh! He get his finger stuck anywhere it will fit. I went shopping with my mom at Kohl's and Josh got his finger stuck in the rack that holds towels. We had to ask a worker for some lotion to rub on his finger and try to slide it out. This time he got his finger stuck in the sand toy.

We drove over to Sand Moutain. That place was crazy! I think this weekend was the busiest I have ever seen. I had to get a picture. There were actually road blocks on the way....

BIRTHDAY BASH!!

How many birthdays does a kid get?

We celebrated Joshua's birthday on his birthday... February 26th. We went to Wingers for dinner with Grandma and Grandpa. But, apparently it is "tradition" to go to Spaghetti factory with Grandma and Grandpa, so Joshua didn't think going to Wingers counted. Even though we sang Happy Birthday to him. So, a week later we went to Spaghetti factory and sang again. :)

Then we went to Idaho for the weekend where he got presents from Nana and Papa.

JOSHUA GOT A BIKE FOR HIS BIRTHDAY!!

Well, another week goes by and we were finally able to get together with Aunt Joni's family and the cousins. This time we went to Olive Garden and sang again.

Joshua and Kylie have their birthday on the same day. When I married Mike, Kylie was only 6....now she's 18!!! Seems crazy how fast life goes.

AND ANOTHER BIRTHDAY.....

I took Joshua and his 3 buddies to boondocks for his birthday party. Those boys played so hard they were sweating. None of them had been there before so they thought it was pretty "cool".

ARIZONA TRIP!

Hailey and I went on a girls trip to Arizona with Nana. We had so much fun visiting family. Aunt Jody had a scentsy party for me which was so sweet of her. We got to enjoy homemade cinnamon rolls, freshly picked grapefruit for breakfast, seeing where grandma lives and getting back in touch with cousins. We also spend a day with Jared, Natalie and Lexi.

Hailey has been asking me to get these pictures on the blog. I showed her what to do and she is the one that made the slide show and typed it all in. Way to go Hailey!!
